Lead Interface & Business Planning Engineer - Qatar

Roster: Permanent with Annual Leave
Remuneration: Monthly Salaries free of local taxes, full family status, accommodation allowance, children's education assistance, free medical and dental care, transport allowance, and generous annual leave with paid air fares to the country of origin.
Role: Controls Refinery interface activities commencing with conceptual development and proceedings through preparation of agreement through to the endorsement & implementation.
Control all facilities department material procurement process.
Provides professional quantitative and cost estimating expertise by detailed analysis of the agreements scope of services for budgetary purposes, reviews and endorses the back-charging reports and invoices for those services.
Has regular contacts with QP Directorates/departments and other companies will deal with QP Refinery.

Qualifications: University Degree in an Engineering discipline preferably Mechanical Engineering.
15 years’ diverse technical and management and supervisory experience in the oil, gas, refining or petrochemical industry, with minimum 7 years proven experience in agreements management,
Experience in budget and costing. (Optional).
Good communication skills at one-to-one, peer group and management reporting level.
Leadership ability.
Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Some knowledge in finance, commercial aspect & SAP system software usage is highly recommended.
