Minimum Graduation Degree. Must have hands on 3 – 5 years of working experience in handling of front desk operations & tasks. Pleasant personality and have the ability to comprehend and converse in fluent English. Be well versed with general computing skills / Ms Office. Be able to manage front desk / reception area movement. Manage telephone exchange and fax machine (Siemens / Panasonic). Be able to perform routine executive secretary duties.
