JOB TITLE -
SAP HCM SME


Reports to
SAP Project Manager / HR Division Head


Position Overview:
·   SAP HCM SME shall be completely responsible for Human Capital Management processes within organization. Shall be fully responsible for outcome of the HCM Module Implementation.
·   Define scope and discuss with the Implementation Partner and advise management in proper selection Business Processes in HCM.
·   Preparing company for SAP in terms of Change Management Process, identifying gaps in the existing system, provide support for critical success factors
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Implementation Partner, Business and Project Manager for proper implementation
2. Manage operations according to the project management methodology
3. Control project scope for module
1. Advice and coordinate with business users in the improvement of business processes
4. Provide accurate inputs for Business blue print preparation and support signoff.
5. UAT Test Cases preparation and performing the same.
6. Provide inputs for reorganizing all master data for SAP upload
2. Ensure that deliverables are accomplished on schedule
3. Ensure timely issue resolution and/or appropriate escalation of issues
4. Provide input on the form and content comprising of but not limited to:
§ Project Charter; Project Plan; Business Blueprint; User Documentation; User Training
5. Implement SAP Best Practices where ever possible in the interest of process
6. Perform User Acceptance Testing and Cut Over activities
7. Management of all change control items and Issue Log for module
Work Contacts (External / Internal):
Internal: SAP Project Manager, Business Users, department and divisions heads, management representative
External: Implementation Partner
Work Experience Requirements:
·   Should have handled all facets of Human Resources Division E.g. Recruitment, Employee Relations thru Personnel Management, Payroll processing, Benefits Management, Administration, HR Organization Management, Govt Relations Procedures in KSA, Facilities Management .
·   Domain experience of at least 8 to 10+ years in Man Power Business Industry in HR Function with 5+ years of SAP Consulting Experience with good knowledge in HCM integration with FI/SD.
·   Exposure to having worked in SAP Implementation Projects as consultant for Man Power supply business needed and having worked in KSA shall be added advantage.
Education Requirements:

1.      Graduate with MBA (HR)
2.      SAP HCM Certified Functional
Team Player, Supporting end users, Effective communication, Analytical, Open & Straight forward, Value engineering, Strong interpersonal & influencing skill, Business focused, Strategic planning, customer focused.
