1. How to Apply:
  • Application forms and online deposit slips are available on website of the Islamabad High Court, Islamabad. (www.ihc.gov.pk) and NTS (www.nts.org.pk)
  • Please deposit examination fee of Rs. 800/- (for the posts from serial No. 1 to 3) and Rs. 500/- (for the posts from serial No. 4 to 13) through the prescribed deposit slip available with the application form at the online branches of ABL, UBL, HBL or MCB.
  • Candidates are required to send their applications on prescribed application forms along with an online deposit slip (in original) at NTS Headquarters, 96, Street No. 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad Through courier/Pakistan Post.
  • Applications shall be accompanied by attested copies of testimonials, CNIC, Domicile, two Photographs, experience certificate, if any.
  • Examination Fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.
  • Last date for submissions of application is Saturday, 29th June, 2013.
  1. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
  2. 10% seats are reserved across the board for women subject to the condition of fulfilling the prescribed criteria and method. However, if sufficient number of eligible women candidates are not available, the posts shall be filled in on merit as prescribed, providing that there shall be no carry forward of the seats reserved for women. 2% quota is also reserved for disable persons subject to fulfillment of conditions as mentioned above.
  3. Late and incomplete applications and those received without requisite documents shall not be entertained. Name of the post should clearly be mentioned on the application's envelope.
  4. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
  5. The competent Authority can change or cancel the number of seats and the date of Test/Interview at any time without any prior Notice/Information and nobody will have right to challenge the same.

Terms & Conditions

(1)    Application forms can be downloaded from the university website i.e. http:/www.uom.edu.pk. A bank draft (in original) of Rs. 200/- drawn in the name of Director Finance, University of Malakand must be attached with the form (money Orders are not acceptable).

(2)    Foreign Degree/certificate/diploma holders must have to produce equivalency certificate from Higher Educations Commission, Islamabad or Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad (as the case bay be) along with their applications.

(3)    Applications on prescribed form (complete in all respects) Applications on prescribed form (complete in all respects) along with attested photocopies of all academic documents (DMCs/Transcripts, Degrees and certificates etc) valid experience certificates, three recent passport size photographs and photocopy of CNIC shall reach the office of the undersigned on or before 31st May, 2013.

(4)    Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained. Original documents and relevant experience certificates etc. shall have to be produced at the time of interview TA/DA will not be paid for test/interview. Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview.

(5)    Candidates serving in Government/Semi Government /Autonomous organizations/Institute must apply through proper channel otherwise their applications will not be entertained.

(6)    The university will not be responsible for non-receipt or late-receipt of call letters for test/interview and the matter should be settled with the concerned service (post office or courier). The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts not to fill any or all of the advertised postions.

(7)    Errors/Omission (if any) will be rectified by the University as per rules.
