Required “Technical Support” to work in Client Services
& Customer Support Department for Karachi
Job Description
· Communicate with international customers and
provide technical support for small to medium sized companies
· Offer exceptional customer services experience
to customers with enhanced communication skills
· Document procedures and network diagrams when
required
· Actively manage customer accounts making sure all
of their support issues are resolved within the agreed Service level agreements
· Co-ordinate technical information to internal and
external stakeholders
· Resolve technical issues related to Microsoft,
Linux, Cisco products along with commonly used firewalls Servers and other
infrastructure devices
· Manage backups, anti-viruses, maintenance,
security and system logs
Job Specifications:
The candidate should have the following
· Second Shift (Afternoon)
· Minimum Bachelor Degree (BS / BCS)
· 3 to 5 years experience
· Officially Cisco certified
· Officially Microsoft certified
· Experience in telephony systems
· Hands-on experience with security
Remuneration
· Salary between 45 to 70k
