Position available in a leading MNC in Beverage Industry! 

Title: Capability Development Specialist - Commercial (Sales) 

Qualification: BBA/MBA/Degree in Social Sciences/People Mgmt

Experience: 8-10 year with at least 4 years experience in FMCG/Beverage industry.

Candidates shall be responsible for all the training needs, assessments, content development, managing the sales capability development centre and liaison with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
