The UBL Fund Managers is looking for a result-oriented, proactive and experienced team player for the position in the HR Department.

The prime responsibilities of this post would be but not limited to:
- Manage the entire recruitment portfolio of the organization and to develop and execute recruitment plans according to recruitment manuals.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the job description for existing and new positions.
- Practical exposure of exploring & attracting qualified candidates through different and new recruitment avenues and to maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
- Responsible for designing & developing company policies while keeping HR best practices and industry benchmarks in view
- Maintain all applicant & interview data in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) & utilizing e-recruitment module
- Responsible for performing reference & background checks for potential employees
- Responsible for conducting Employee Orientation presentation & Employee Confirmation presentation as and when required
