Manager Digital Marketing

Manager Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategist Required:

RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Passionate about technologies and content strategy. Bring new and innovative ideas to improve the presence.
· Implement social media strategies with the coordination of marketing team.
· Can also manage Marketing activities right from the scratch till the end.
· Can handle Radio marketing as well.
· Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities; duties include online audience building using automated tools
· Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
· Regularly provide insights gained from social media monitoring to internal team members.
· Monitor trends in social media tools and applications.
· Integrate benchmarking, performance objectives, and ROI reporting into marketing activities to ensure programs are targeted and effective
· Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies and best practices on an ongoing basis
· Create and maintain a set of marketing tools (e.g. white papers, data sheets and presentations) that can be used across a variety of channels and programs
· Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, timely and efficiently, in a fast paced environment
· Development of Marketing Strategies
· Lead Marketing Department

SKILLS REQUIRED:


· Excellent organizational and project management skills are desired
· Excellent English writing and verbal communications skills
· Excellent IT skill and Creative
· Self-starter: able to see what needs to be done and always willing to do it
· Able to take direction and to prioritize work-load to complete tasks on a timely basis
· Punctual, reliable, and organized.
· Professional and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
· Results driven and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

REQUIRED EDUCATION:


· MBA in Marketing/Media/Advertising from a reputable University or Foreign Graduate.
· O & A level educational background preferred.
