Job Title :IT Infrastructure Manager
Location:Karachi
Educational Qualifications & Experience             
·         Bachelors / Masters in Computer sciences with 5-7 years of overall experience in IT operations with atleast 3 years as infrastructure manager in ORACLE ENVIRONMENT ONLY
Skill set for this Position
·         Must have led a team of 2-3 people
·         Flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem solving skills.
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·         Exceptional service orientation.
·         Ability to work across different time zones.
·         Flexible to travel, if required
Age bracket:
Max 35 years
Job Responsibilities
·         The main focus within IS is to implement common business systems to deliver synergy and cost savings whilst driving the business forward.
·         The Infrastructure manager is critical to the delivery of these objectives as a member of the team focused on the delivery of standard IS support services to business users.
·         Managing IT helpdesk operations and geographically dispersed IT helpdesk team
·         Monitor and Manage IT network portfolio connecting all regional offices, factory and distribution centres with the global data centre.
·         Coordination with global & local network provider to ensure highest level of network service delivery
·         Manage IT Data centre and troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to member server
·         Vendor management ensuring
·         IS asset management and responsible for procurement planning and budgets management
·         Implementation of regional & regional projects in the country
·         Liaise closely with Regional IS Teams.
