Looking for "Sales
Operational Manager" for one of the leading FMCG company in Karachi.
Education: Must be an MBA (Sales / Finance from reputable University)
Experience: Must have at least 05-07 years of experience of managing sales
operation team at Head Office level in the FMCG sector, Should have an
experience of field sales experience. Responsibilities: 1- Distributor
Management o Management of stocks of all Channel at Distributors o Evaluate
Distributors’ Performance and submit reports to management on quarterly basis o
Review Distributor ROI and recommend Future Strategy o Expansion and Coverage o
Costs Control Verification of all claims of distributors on Damages, Schemes,
Trade Offers, Discounts, Targets Incentives, Field Force Expenses, Promotions &
short Supply. 2. Sales team Management o Supervise & Manager Employee
Quarter Performance Management System (ROI & Growth) o Maintain records of
sales team KPIs and Target results o Responsible for smooth processing of
Salary Calculator o Ensure that Sales Team Incentives & Performance Bonuses
are calculated and reimburse on time o Responsible for managing Sales Team-
Hiring/Firing approvals at Territory Manager level from NSM o Ensure that all
Order Bookers/Merchandisers positions are filled as per policy. Maintain data
bank of potential candidates for records. o Supervise Field Force Tracking
System (Attendance Management) o Ensure that Field force team monthly expenses
are reimbursed on time o Resolve Sales IT related issues in liaison with IT
Head o Handle matters are related to ISO certification/compliance 3. Logistic o
Coordinate with Logistic person in Sales Orders Planning o Coordinate with
Production Department in planning of Orders o Ensure that stocks are delivered
to Distributors as per Sales Order planning o Handle matters are related to
Warehouse Agreements o Manage Sales Return Matters 4. Warehouse o Review update
agreement with warehouses o Ensure that inventory level in all warehouses are
maintained as per policy o Coordinate with warehouse on dispatches of POS
material, Display Stands & Gift Items to Distributors. Salary Range &
