Training Expert - Islamabad

Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as a federal enterprise supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in international cooperation for sustainable development.

The Project on Supporting Social Standards in the Textile and Garment Industry in Punjab is seeking two highly motivated training experts for its office in Lahore.

Training Expert: Two (2) (Reference No. SSTGIP 2014/003)

Qualification, Experience and Competence:
At least 5 years of working experience of which 2 years in Private industry sector preferably in the textile and apparel industry. 1-3 years professional experience in a comparable position.
Preferably two 2 years of experience in delivering trainings on Social Standards compliance (e.g. occupational health standards, wages & working hours, health care, discrimination) and productivity (efficiency analysis, human resources management).
Proven consultancy experience in Supply Chain Management and Change Management.
Experience in establishing an interactive change process through dialogue between management and workforce.
Excellent communication and training skills at unskilled worker to top-management level of organizations.
Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management.
Experience in monitoring and evaluation systems and instruments as well as in measuring performance.
