SUPERVISORS
To ensure that the store is being managed and maintained to the highest standards specifically relating to display, services to the customers, hygiene and product availability in order maximize sales and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor degree
  • Previous experience in line management with fluent English (speaking and writing), Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Must be an enthusiastic person, who has a flair for retail and is passionate for customer services
  • Must also be able to motivate a team of sales people in order to meet targets, possesses good communication, merchandising and analytical skills , also have a commercial acumen.
  • Must be able to monitor measure sales / staff productivity

ASSISTANT STORES MANAGER

Communication with store managers to work out the floor layout and display points, as well as how and what items to be displayed with a commercial mindset. Window display , internal displays and other merchandising of promotional events to entice the customer to buy may be requires.

Responsible for using appropriate lighting for the best presentation possible arranging signage and coordinating the take down of displays after promotion.

Requirements:
  • A degree in a related field preferable in Fine Arts would be an advantage
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience .
  • candidate should be highly creative, enthusiastic and have a natural finesse for color, balance and composition.
  • Understanding of current market trends and innovative visual approaches are extremity helpful and should involve in floor merchandising. 

INVENTORY CONTROLLER
To review and analyze stock and sales reports mentoring inventory and ensure sufficient , right stock in the right quantity at the right stores of the right time.

preparation of Sales Budgets, Analyzing sell thru's, Margins achieved, Stck Aging etc.

Requirements:
Must be a Graduate with experience in related field. Well developed technical skills in the following areas:
- Analytical Skills
- Product Knowledge
