Our client, a leading Middle East based software consultancy is looking for an


SVP of Software Consultancy to join their operations in Bahrain.

My client is offering to secure the services of the best possible candidates on the market and as such they are offering a structured career path and reward program for top achievers. Though our client is primarily looking for Bahraini nationals, they are willing to consider candidates of other nationalities with experience in the GCC.
Responsibilities:


  • Prepare the sales and marketing budgets for the individual projects.
  • Offer feedback on trends in the market place and competitor positioning. 
  • Able to identify, qualify and generate new sales and marketing opportunities. 
  • Managing a team of sales executives to produce revenue in Middle East territory. 
  • Implement strategies that facilitate recruitment, training, mentoring as well as motivating the sales and marketing teams. 
Requirements:


  • At least 10 years of Strong software / IT background in a Director or Country Manager capacity in a reputable company in the GCC. 
  • University degree preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. 
  • An experienced Sales person, with a proven track record of managing software solutions sales.

to join their team in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia and the incumbent has to oversee all their aspects of accounting, insurance activities and treasury.
Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate tax reporting programs and investor relations activities.
  • Liaise with treasury function in relation to activities such as custodian of funds, securities, and assets of the organization.
  • Analyze the general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization' s
  • Appraise the organization' s financial position and issues periodic reports on organization' s financial
  • stability, liquidity and growth. 
  • Direct and coordinate the establishment of budgets, monthly management account, statutory accounts

Job responsibilities:
  • Perform all kind of Operation and Maintenance on BSC and RBS.
  • Handling of Trouble Tickets received from other departments.
  • Perform daily routine Health Check of all BSCs.

  • Run Performance and Health check after re-parenting of sites.

  • Be involved in trial projects for new products & features.
  • Act as a mentor for the younger engineers.
Educational Requirements


  • The BSS Engineer should have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years O& M experience on BSC/RBS and 3 years with Ericsson in telecommunication or related field.
