SVP of Software Consultancy to join their operations in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the sales and marketing budgets for the individual projects.
- Offer feedback on trends in the market place and competitor positioning.
- Able to identify, qualify and generate new sales and marketing opportunities.
- Managing a team of sales executives to produce revenue in Middle East territory.
- Implement strategies that facilitate recruitment, training, mentoring as well as motivating the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:

- At least 10 years of Strong software / IT background in a Director or Country Manager capacity in a reputable company in the GCC.
