The candidate will be an experienced person with a technical background, preferably from J2EE/SOA Application Designer/Architect. The candidate will be responsible for the requirement analysis, solution design, setup, test and release mgmt, change control, QA and contact point of all requests and incidents on MW system.
Reports To Manager – Global IT Services;

Experience Required 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
1. First point of contact for all requests and incidents on MW system
2. Conduct requirement analysis and solution design
3. Setup of configuration of the MW system
4. Test and release management of the MW configuration
5. Develop and maintain new and existing functionality
6. Change control and quality assurance of changes done by the customer to:
Work processes
Interfaced systems
7. Interfacing with the rest of Telenor IS and customers
8. Provide and support the business with knowledge and estimates around development of the middleware solutions
9. Monitor and ensure all targets and KPIs are met to secure the set goals
10. Responsible for high motivation level of the team while providing leadership and direction
11. Develop a culture within the Unit aligned with overall culture
Education/Professional Qualification
1. Bachelors in Comp. Science
2. Masters in Comp. Science
Certification(s):
1. J2EE (preferred)
2. SOA (Preferred)
3. JBoss related certifications (preferred)
Skills required
1. Knowledge of integration technology on different platforms
2. Demonstrated J2EE and ESB competency
3. Hands on experience in JBoss
4.2 application server, build & config management
4. Proven experience of developing SOA solutions
5. Ability to analyze, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets, exhibiting thorough familiarity with available methods, procedures, tools, equipment and standards associated with own area of specialization and making correct choices from alternatives.
6. Knowledge of test management and testing.
7. Knowledge of documentation of work processes and ITIL based incident, problem and change management processes.
8. Knowledge of change management
9. Familiarity with Oracle and SQL
