Job Functions | · Prepare interim and annual budgets, financial plans and projections · Ensure the correctness, completeness and timely preparation of financial statements according to the IAS & IFRS · Ensure that all accounting and financial operations are implemented according to the standard procedures and timetable · Effective management of working capital and funds · Monitor and review inventory transactions in business application to ensure accurate information regarding inventories · Reconcile data of fixed assets and Inventories on quarterly and petty cash on daily basis · Monitor and review fixed assets transactions in business application to ensure reporting of accurate information · Ensure correctness of Sale Price of products in Business application for correct pricing information · Coordinate with external auditors for conducting annual financial audits · Prepare Monthly Operating Results · Ensure that the accounting and finance records of the Company are prepared and updated on monthly basis, including General ledger · Ensure Accounts Payable and Account Receivable records are kept updated · Ensure compliance with Organization's accounting guidelines, policies, accounting standards and procedures · Implement standard costing through ABC approach |
