IT Manager

 

We are looking a IT manager for one of our client  in distribution sector

IT Manager
• Responsible for the operations of IT department which includes management of the entire technology infrastructure of the company
• Responsible for operational support of project initiatives • Develop Complex Reports based on requirements from Senior Leadership team
• Responsible for providing trend analysis to the service management team to enable them to make informed decision regarding resource management
• Oversee troubleshooting, system backups, archiving and disaster recovery and provides expert support where necessary
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Develop the application/solutions fulfilling the needs of various departments
•Ensure integrity of data and system security; act and interface with non-technical
• Monitor the network equipment and provide 24/7 uninterrupted communication facilities to the users.

Requirements
• Bachelors and preferably Masters in Computer Science from a Reputed University
• 5 – 7 years of experience in the IT sector with a minimum of 3 years core development background
• Should have sound knowledge of both Hardware and Software
• Should possess excellent communications, negotiations and analytical skills. With a solid command over English.
