                                          legal matters

*Age                        :   26 years or above

*Execution of programs which will ensure employee satisfaction and the implementation of policies which are in accordance with the overall company ethos/philosophy**

*Position # 2                :   Team Leader – Resource Mobilization*

*Requirements*

*Qualification               :   MBA  *

*Experience                  :   At  least 4 years marketing/sales work  experience with
                                           2 years management experience*

*Age                         :   27-35 years

*Key Responsibilities*

*Donor handling, donor relationship management and communication and managing the business development for donor portfolio*


*Position # 3                 :    Account Manager – Resource Mobilization*

*Requirements*

*Qualifications                   :    MBA/BBA  *

*Experience                          :    **1-2 years of customer services/relationship management experience*

*Age                          :    23 years or above


*Key Responsibilities*

*Building and managing a portfolio of donors along with planning, developing, and delivering proposals for soliciting donations


*Position # 4                  :    DOTNET Developer *

*Requirements*

*Qualifications                :    Bachelors Degree in CS/IT  *

*Experience                    :    At   least   2  years   of experience in requirements analysis  
                                                and  software development especially on .Net platform (Framework 2.0, 3.5)*

*Age                           :    23 years or above


*Key Responsibilities*

*Design, develop and customize new & existing .Net applications**
