Summary
|
· Work alongside a team of technical support engineers.
· Assist in solving more complex issues in conjunction with Jr. Network Engineers and handle escalations from Jr. Engineers.
· Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations, personal firewalls, email issues, VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP issues.
· Work with on-site personal in trouble shooting network equipment and or equipment change out and provisioning.
· Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DSL, TCP/IP, DNS and WAN Load Balancing issues.
· Provide input for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic tools
· Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude.
· May also perform additional duties such as; preventative maintenance and or other IT services.
