REQUIRED- SALES MANAGER-FMCG –KARACHI
A leading Multinational FMCG Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a SALES MANAGER. The
incumbent must have capability to build and lead an effective Field
Force team in order to make organization profitable, maximize sales and
market share growth.
Responsibilities:
· Achieve assigned sales targets by individual territory and region.
· Monitor and control territory, sales and expense budgets.
· Champion productivity objectives : days in field, average number of calls/DSRs/day, targeting and frequency
· Ensure the quality of the target chemists list and information of the DSRs territory.
· Enhance customer service and establish good relationship
· Coach, motivate and develop the filed force to continually improve performance.
· Analysis of zonal sales and market information and integration of implicated action plan with own sales team
· Stimulate
and develop activities (other than individual relationships) that
support relationship building and drive sales of allocated Principal’s
Products.
· Ensure continuity/loyalty in sales teams.
· Managing and Supervising 10-15 Territory Managers.
Skills :
· Well acquainted with MS Office
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Target oriented and demonstrate successful track record
Qualification: MBA( Marketing)/ Equivalent foreign degree in Sales & Marketing
Age : 30-40 Years
Gender: Male
Experience : Worked in Sales Managerial Position for about 4-6years
(Sales, Training or Trade marketing in FMCG similar position)
