Production Support Engineer

Production Support Engineer (Urea & Ammonia)

The position is responsible to perform the following:

- Carry out various Engineering activities in analyzing and resolving problems of technical nature in his respective area of specialization.
- Will be involved in the planning, prioritizing, execution and monitoring of engineering activities / projects, reporting work progress, problem analysis & trouble shooting, predictive maintenance and problem anticipation.
- Will participate in studies investigations and projects, maintain contact with process licensees / equipment manufacturers, provide specifications with regard to procurement, contract coordination and bid evaluation.
- Will do inter-departmental level studies, improvement projects and focus in areas and problems common to all plants.

REQUIREMENTS: 
- Bachelors Degree in relevant Engineering Discipline from a recognized University.
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in a large scale Ammonia/Urea plant within Fertilizer Industry, out which 5 years of experience in QAFCO
- Good experience in carrying out various chemical engineering calculations with hands on experience on specialized tools (like Aspen Plus simulation, HTFS, HTRI)
- Ability to conduct Techno-Economic Feasibility report on new ideas/projects.
