Channel Manager (Karachi)


Job Title: Channel Manager
Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan

1. Purpose of the Job
To win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned channel partners and represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market IN ORDER TO achieve sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives WITH IN THE LIMITS of company SOP's.

a. Minimum Education is BSc Telecom/IT with MBA
b. 5-7 years’ experience Satellite Communication, Broadband (solution, designing, pricing)

3. Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)

1. Account Management
Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel IN ORDER TO build productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

2. Sales Targets
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. Sale IAC offerings through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources In ORDER TO increase sales volume.

3. Partner Management
Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship IN ORDER TO achive set objectives along with building healthy relations with partners.

4. Exploring New Business Oppertunities
Proactively recruits new qualifying partners IN ORDER TO create and explore new business opportunities for IAC.
