Marketing Executive:
Job Description:
The Marketing Executive will develop and execute, marketing strategies and account policies for end consumers/OEM in the assigned territory in collaboration with sales and marketing team members.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• To develop new customers and end consumers and penetrate new markets/sectors.
• Establish and implement a market development plan to grow business in new areas for PPCIL, OEM's and end consumers.
• Initiate and manage new product development projects/feasibilities in conjunction with new/exiting OEM's.
• Provide insight into the specification process, pricing and potential applications within the end consumer/OEM target industries/sectors.
• Develop and execute, marketing strategies and account policies for new/existing OEM's in assigned territories in collaboration with marketing and sales team members.
• Manage technical issues and business development assignments in collaboration with technical services department as per need basis.
• Establish, develop, prepare and execute new marketing and business development strategies for the purpose of increasing demand for PPCIL's products as well as enhancing company’s visibility in end consumer segment/sectors.
• Develop close networking and relations with key decision makers and industry influencers such as end consumer marketing and sales teams, company owners, manufacturing engineers and designers, machine supervisors etc. focusing on growth market opportunities
• Interface between end consumers and OEMs business development teams for new product development and applications.
• Manage relationships with end consumers, OEM's on day to day basis.
• Stay updated on territorial customers and end consumers regarding their company information such as any developments, change of contacts and personnel etc.
• Conduct market surveys and develop marketing/promotional plans for new/existing product applications in existing/new end consumer segments/sectors.
Critical Skills/Criteria:
• FRESH GRADUATE BBA/ BE / MBA
• 1-2 years of experience in business development or technical sales of polymers/chemicals or additives etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for presenting information to customers and internal teams,
• Demonstrated communication (written and oral) skills
• Relevant knowledge of assigned territory in terms of industries and sectors etc.
• Strong organization and planning skills
