Finance Manager - Karachi

A Well reputed National Pharmaceutical Company based at Karachi is looking for a FINANCE MANAGER.
Incumbent must have Knowledge and experience in Overall functions of the finance department.
Responsibilities:
· In depth Knowledge of IFRS, Taxation, Legal and Corporate Matters, Project Analysis, coordination and liaison with Internal/external Audit.
· Ensure that all periodic regulatory returns are promptly submitted as per guidelines and format. Accuracy of financial statements and completion of audit within 5months of year-end.
· Taxation planning and filing of tax returns by due date.
· Timely completion of external Audits.
· Understand and anticipate changing regulatory dynamics, proactively adapt to these changes and apprise relevant staff with changes/development in regulatory requirements.
Skills:
· Have Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
· Excellent Communication & Report Writing Skills.
· Computer Literate and have the knowledge of SAP ERP
· Team Player and Result Oriented.
Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant(CA) with 3-4 years post qualification experience in manufacturing concern preferably Pharma Sector.
