Position: Recruitment Officer

Duties:
• Recruitment process handling
•
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges,
employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing
organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making
presentations; maintaining rapport
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
•
Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants’ resume;
analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to
job requirements
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job
requirements and applicant qualifications with managers/departmental
heads; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
• Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance)
Skills required:
• The applicant must have hands-on experience and/or proficiency in MS Office particularly MS Word and MS Excel
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking both English and Urdu
• Strong conceptual knowledge of the different HR functions (recruitment specially)
• Conflict resolution, interpersonal, negotiation and organization communication skills are mandatory
Qualification: BBA/MBA/MPA (majors HR) from recognized and reputed universities
Experience: 6 months-1 year.
