We are looking for candidates to handle Inbound calls for one of our projects in Karachi, Pakistan.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
1. Are available for 9 hours per day during US Time.
2. Have worked in a customer service setting or a similar customer-satisfaction job.
3. Have a solid command of the English/Spanish language.
4. Ability to work at nights.
5. Must be a CNIC holder.
6. Prior working experience in call center industry (will be an add-on)
Salary and Benefits
We offer between PKR 40,000 to PKR 60,000 gross salary and one full salary bonus in a year.
