Project Assistant (AJK) - 01 Position (Lahore based)

Qualifications & Experience:

B.A/B.Sc or equivalent with 02 years of experience in NGOs /INGOs. Candidates having experience in office management, administration & computer skills, particularly in MS Office will be preferred. Must be fluent in written and spoken English & Urdu languages.

Responsibilities/Duties:

The person is responsible to maintain coordination and communication with the field teams for operational/logistic support for regional coordinator. The incumbent is responsible to provide assistance to the regional coordinator in field supervision, monitoring of Public Private Mix (PPM) activities and maintaining log of monitoring visits & reports. The person will be responsible for timely collection, compilation, and maintaining chronological record of PPM data, minutes of meeting, financial & programmatic record from the field team of project districts in consultation with the regional coordinator.
