HR Executive (Recruitment) – Male
Qualification & Experience:
• Staffing/Recruitment experience of 1-2 years, strong understanding of and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to mid level positions.
• BBA / MBA
• Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
• Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and an in depth knowledge of internet research
• Ability to work independently and self-manage is critical
• Database sourcing and cold calling experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under short deadlines to fill multiple positions
• Strong PC Skills. (Outlook, Internet, MSWord and Excel)
