URGENTLY REQUIRED – PLANNING MANAGER - MNC PHARMA - KARACHI
A leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires Planning Manager. The incumbent should be responsible for:
- Assess the plant capacity work-center wise based on marketing requirement and stock availability and give recommendation for overtime or appointment of temporary staff.
- Prepare MPS(Master Production Schedule), production and packaging schedules for factory and provide shop orders of all planned batches
- Prepare daily report and monitor stock position of all sales, samples & imported products and ensure their availability in time.
- Maintain and execute computer systems for Material Requirement Planning (MRP),Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP),Rough Cut Capacity Planning(RCCP), sales and distribution in consultation with IT department.
- Prepare reports regarding sales & production efficiencies for references of senior mgmt. in the areas of strategic decision-making and perform other non-routine jobs assigned by the management.
- Plan, implement & follow-up preventive maintenance schedule for all production related machinery of factory.
- Provide comparison of Utilized Labor hours with Std. Labor hour of all work centers to finance for monthly costing.
Skills :
- Well acquainted with MS Office
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and spoken in English
- Good understanding of all Planning parameters

Qualification: MBA(Supply Chain)/B.Pham/BE(Mech)
Age : Maximum 35 Years
Experience : 5-8 years in the similar capacity in reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
