| · Develops, recommends, implements and administers corporate-wide human resources policies and procedures in order to achieve business goals. · Prepares and administers all human resources, policies, procedures, budgets, and reports. · Develops and manages human resources budget. · Creates and/or supports strategic training and organizational development plans to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company and employees. · Recommends and maintains organizational structure and staffing levels sufficient to accomplish company goals and objectives. · Creates strategic recruitment and selection plan. · Oversees any human resource outsourcing needs, identifying potential vendors. · Designs, implements and oversees competitive compensation and benefit programs to ensure organizational effectiveness, geographic and market competitive position and regulatory compliance. · Annually, evaluates and recommends changes or improvements in benefit programs. · Oversees administration of human resources data. · Provides guidelines and oversees management of human resources activities such as recruitment, performance review, benefits, training, and employee relations, and resolves problems requiring senior management intervention. · Serves on executive planning and policy-making teams. · Evaluates and advises on company culture, employee morale and organizational efficiency. · Directs development and maintenance of human resources information systems to ensure record keeping and reporting requirements are accurate and timely. · Analyzes trends at each location in turnover, hiring, promotions, separations, and grievances to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends. · Oversees training at each location in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and diversity awareness. |
