Objective:The IT training will involve the basic instruction of the skills required by participants to use to use the fundamentals of current workplace IT hardware and software – MS Office (Word, excel, Outlook) .

Programme:The contents detailed here following are developed for participants who are absolute beginners.The overall length is approximately 80 hours, with a course duration to be determined taking into account the shift patterns (where applicable) of 4 hours per day on a shift pattern of 2 on shift days and 2 off shift days.
