Position Title: Sales Manager - Karachi
Principal Account-abilities:
· Setting well constructed goals by implementing and communicating sales strategy
· Achieve revenue and target plans
· Apply a management process to planning that consistently results in exceeding individual, team, and corporate sales goals
· Plan and execute performance and sales plans effectively
· Analyze and resolve complex sales performance challenges
· Identify accounts where sales team have not been successful and consider reassigning those accounts
· Redirect and improve sub-par sales performance quickly
· Identify, document, and appraise performance issues in a balanced and objective manner
· Energies and activities focused on development accomplished by expanding capabilities and fulfilling potential
· Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
The ideal candidate:
· Preferably MBA (Marketing) from a recognized university
· 5+ years of sales experience required
· Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· must have the ability to motivate, counsel and evaluate the employees in divergent situations with group / individual levels
· must have ability to facilitate change in the organization
· Good problem solving and analytical skills.
· Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point is required
· preferably be less than 40 years of age
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range: Rs 50,000.00
