REQUIRED- EXECUTIVE SALES (AUDIT)-FMCG(Foods) –KARACHI
A leading National FMCG (Foods)
Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a EXECUTIVE SALES (AUDIT).
Incumbent should be capable to perform his responsibilities as follows:
Responsibilities:
• Coordination with Departmental Head for timely development/
updating of policies and procedures
• Carry out of sales planning and analysis
in the context of sales market potential, key economic indicators, customer
priorities and demand trends and identify grey areas in planning.
• Prepare a
Sales Report consisting of sales target versus achievement and discover areas
of achievement and loopholes.
• Maintain Sales database analysis. Evaluation of
controls, scrutiny and accuracy of data.
• Monitor and evaluation of internal
controls of Sales Operations activities, such as Sales Order Management,
Distributor Network Sales Monitoring, Sales Team Management.
• Visit to
distributors all over Pakistan and perform tasks identified/assigned by Manager
Internal Audit.
• Develop interpersonal relationship with sales team and
develop an environment of development, improvement, governance and control.
•
Coordinate with sales operation team for monitoring credit notes and incentive
offers for primary and secondary sales and also ensure its accuracy.
Skills :
•
Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Email, Internet.
•
Sales & Market Research Analytical skill.
• Excellent communication skills
in English Qualification: B.Com/ Business Graduate/MBA.
Age : 24-30 Years
Gender: Male
Experience : 2-3 years experience with Sales & Audit
background.
Salary : 35k-45k+2 Bonus, Leave Encashment, Gratuity after
