The Position:

The position is newly created as part of internal re-organization.

The Senior Maintenance Supervisor
• Reports to the Senior Property Manager of the Company. The Senior Property Supervisor has 28 years experience in the field and reports to the GM.
• Ensures the proper technical maintenance of, including but not limited to, the following existing properties::
- Khobar: Client Center (67 Studio and One-Bedroom Apartments, 12 Retail Outlets), Client Office Complex (48 Units), Al Ferdous Village (Residential compound with 54 one- and three-bedroom villas), Al Noor Apartments (58 one-bedroom apartments)

- Dammam: Corniche Plaza (Shopping Mall with Centrepoint as Anchor Tenant, Office Floor with 12 units)

- Riyadh: Rabwa Compound (44 two - four bedroom villas)
• Leads the internal maintenance team (civil works, MEP, general maintenance, current headcount 20+)
• Liaises on a daily basis with the property supervisor, the leasing manager, and the customer care supervisor for effective service delivery as well as efficient work and use of material and supplies.
• Oversees the performance of external service providers and suppliers
• Cooperates with the development team for the efficient design of new projects
• Builds, reviews, works within and monitors budgets
• Monitors and continuously improves quality and turn-around time of service delivery

The Successful Candidate:
• Has a relevant technical degree
• Has relevant experience of 12+ years
• Has been / currently is with a leading asset holder or FM provider in the GCC (preferably Dubai)
• Additional and continuous training in relevant fields such as HSE
• Shows a successful track record in similar positions
• Has a full understanding of best-in-class policies, procedures, systems and processes
• Is quality-driven and cost-sensitive
• Is a critical thinker and problem-solver
• Is used to draft, negotiate, implement and monitor Service Level Agreements
• Is experienced in drafting and reviewing budgets in Excel-Format etc.
• Familiarity with CAFM is a plus
• Has the technical expertise and the communication skills to lead a multicultural workforce to next levels of excellence
• Sees this position as a next career challenge and is willing to stay and to grow with the company
• Is willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia, be based in Khobar with regular travel within Saudi Arabia
