Required experience in proof-of-concept, preplanning, gap analysis, system testing, and business process improvement. Working experience in SUN platforms, Oracle RDBMS and good PL/SQL skills. Experience in C + +, STL (Standard Template Libraries), C, OCCI, Pro*C, Java, UNIX Shell Scripting, ASN.1. Knowledge of telecom industry OSS/BSS, specifically NGOSS, eTOM etc and experience developing software solutions for telecom is essential. Knowledge of Telecom customer care and billing application domains is preferable.
