Sr. QA/QC Engineer (NGS/1) - Direct Hire
Category : Engineering/Technical   Location : Abu Dhabi Minimum Requirement : Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent with relevant QA Certification 10-15 years of technical experience in the Oil & Gas industries which include in part city gas distribution network projects systems. Information Technology (IT) literate, with experience in MS Office applications. Experience in Audits and PE network and Gas in Buildings. Fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills. Fluency in Arabic language will be a positive advantage. Role : Review and evaluate Contractors document control systems and design the additional elements required and ensure their implementation throughout the project with other discipline engineers. Prepare project related reports and presentations as required and produce performance measurement tools to monitor contractors and project performance. Take part in specification reviews, material requisition reviews and execution procedure reviews to ensure all QA and QC requirements are addressed. Supervise and participates in construction surveillance at site locations, assigning TPI Teams, controlling TPI expenditure against an approved budget, advising management and recommending actions to resolve areas of concern. Advise on establishment of Punch List System, reviews Mechanical Completion Submissions to ensure that all QC and inspection requirements have been met.
