·         Conduct post-mortem analysis on new product rollouts to assist in continuous process improvement.
·         Participate in development/acquisition of new tools that will improve the success of future product rollouts.
·         Active polling of internal revenue producing departments to determine that new product development initiatives will address competitive issues.
