PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE | · MBA / MPA / Masters in Human Resource with minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Training (minimum 3 years in Training). · Familiarity with organizational development assessment tools and process. · Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships · Outstanding written and spoken communication, multi-tasking and presentation skills · Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change. · Extensive travelling required. |
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | · Assess the training needs of the organization in view of executing the current strategic objectives of the organization. · Make recommendations to the Management on an annual basis. · Coordinate training opportunities and offerings using a blend of insider and outside vendors, on line. Serve as the training contact to the outsiders. · Develop the training calendar. · Design and develop specific in-house programs. Develop extensive training manuals (modular approach) and develop Training Calendar annually · Set training objectives and evaluate the outcomes · Calculate ROl on training activities |
