Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Years of Experience: 10-15 years in process design in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical
Job Requirements:
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project, including the contract, the technology and the key technical and facilities issues.
• Identification and resolution of design issues and problems in a timely manner.
• Providing the team with technical direction and guidance on methodology and standards.
• Providing an efficient flow of information and decision making.
• Allocation of appropriate responsibility to all process engineers, including graduates.
• Prioritisation and Scheduling of process activities in cooperation with the Project Engineering Manager, and other discipline leads.
• Strong awareness of process output linkages to key project activities and milestones.
• Promotion of both continual improvement and a consistent and predictable approach.
• Development and optimisation of the design in a manner that eliminates unnecessary cost, or improves schedule.
• Awareness and management of risks. Ensuring that details are fully attended and instigation of additional checking and/or external reviews.
• Ensure documentation is developed, and maintained consistent with procedures, and good design practice.
• To ensure that design output is checked, approved and issued to document control, in a prompt and orderly manner.
• Ensuring design output complies with project requirements.
• Ensuring project scope, and the scope between vendors and packages is clearly defined, and consistent across the documentation.
• Ensuring all process requirements are correctly communicated to other discipline engineers, and to vendors, and that correct implementation is confirmed/verified.
• Providing technical direction and advice on broader project issues, as appropriate.
• To implement and maintain Quality Management System & HSE System in his working area.
Required Skill:Able to perform Process related studies including FEED, simulation in HYSYS, Process calculations, development / preparations of PFD's, P&ID's equipments specs & data sheets, material / equipment selection, HAZOP / HAZID studies, SIL analysis & trouble shooting etc.

Job Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Design Engineer
Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Years of Experience: 5-10 years in process design in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical
Job Requirements:
• Experience in Power system design and engineering
• Experience in Instrumentation system design and engineering
• Experience in LAN/Telecommunications/Fire & Gas system design and engineering
• Engineering design for Feasibility study, Conceptual design, Basic engineering and Detailed design
• Prepare / review design basis
• Prepare / review calculations, specifications, datasheets and material requisitions
• Prepare design and engineering EPC proposals
• Assignment of work to subordinates and provide instructions and training to team members
• Manage interface between clients, Employer's design office and local Design Companies.
• Review and approval of Vendor Documentation
• Review and approval of Vendor Selection and Technical Bid Evaluations
• Review and approval of Construction Material Selection for buildings and other construction requirements.
• Participate in and provide technical approval of Factory Acceptance Tests
• Review of Construction Method Statements from Engineering perspective
• Review and technical approval of Non Conformance Applications
• Provide Engineering Input to resolve Construction Issues
• Look for ways to optimize the engineering, procurement, testing, construction and commissioning activities to assist the Contractor in meeting the project schedule.
• Review and approval of various documentation as per the Document Distribution Matrices
• Interfaces with Third parties both for internal and external electrical and instrument engineering requirements.
• Ensure Electrical & Instrument Engineering deliverables are produced on time to achieve general time schedule of the Project.
• Ensures all electrical and instrument documents are reviewed within due time and all comments are issued to engineering manager for approval.
• Reviews the engineering deliverables by various disciplines which pertain to electrical and instrument engineering
• Liaises with Construction Safety, Quality Assurance, Operations and Commissioning projects personnel to ensure that facilities will be safe, operable and maintainable
• Ensures that all activities comply with Quality Control procedures during Engineering and Construction phases
• Ensures adherence to Company's environmental, process and occupational health and safety standards, procedures and regulations to minimize risks and hazards
• Complies with Company's policies and procedures in all areas impacting the business, including, HSE, operational, commercial, financial, administrative and HR practices.
• Demonstrates zero tolerance to divergence. Highlights and requests correction, where necessary.
• Supports the rest of the team and proposes alternative courses of action, wherever possible, to facilitate efficient project progress. Participates in regular meetings to keep abreast with all issues relating to the company's Project. Discusses and reviews opportunities for the optimization of assigned work programmes
• Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if in doubt, consults supervisor/manager before proceeding.
