I am looking to hire Senior Electrical Engineer with background and quality exposure in Building Maintenance and Construction sector, please find below details about job responsibilities and specifications.

 

Job description

 

• As In-charge Electrical department will be primarily responsible for the overall performance of the department.
• Will be responsible for formulation of policies & procedures for bringing in efficiency in electrical use of generators & other electrical equipments.
• Manages directly and provide technical supports for all the electrical works in the Building.
• Electrical Designing and supervision of all kind of Electrical installations and distribution systems of office buildings, branches.

• Well versed with government safety orders & regulations, applicable codes/standards concerning Electrical design installation, maintenance, and operation.

• Preparation of electrical Contracts and BOQs.
• Managerial, technical and financial skills for energy management necessary to reduce operating costs of buildings and the supporting infrastructure.
• Comprehensive understanding of the scientific and technological principles /techniques required for installation & usage of alternate energy. Also aware of economic limitations regarding the implementation of such technologies.
• Able to maintain liaison with approving authorities / agencies/ contractors and consultants.

 

 

Experience & Education:

 

Minimum Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering with 20 years experience in:

 

• Designing and management electrical works of the construction /renovation projects of Offices/ Multi-storied buildings/ Data Centers /Hotels / Shopping Malls etc.
• Maintenance of electrical equipments particularly HVAC systems at large size commercial buildings.
• Must have know how to manage Electrical costs in the field offices of a large size organization.
• Designing and installation of alternate energy channels.

 

Professional Affiliations

 

• Member Pakistan Engineering Council.
• Member Institution of Electrical & Electronics Engineers, Pakistan
