POSITION TITLE: Assistant Manager Human Resources

POSITION BASED IN: Karachi – Pakistan

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

· MBA with 4-5 years experience in the generalist role.

· Prior Experience with insurance / bank or a financial institution - Preferable

· Excellent Communication skills

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed

· Ensuring best HR practices are utilized to achieve company’s objectives

· Planning and ensuring effective implementation of Employee Engagement activities

· Proactively assessing the need of creating new positions

· Management of Compensation & Benefits

· Addressing employee related issues, incidents, complaints and inquiries

· Planning for employee retention and succession

· Conducting exit interviews

· Creating and maintaining required forms

· Employee Satisfaction Survey roll out and result analysis

· Responsible for effective implementation of the recruitment process in a cost effective manner

· Planning and implementation of different employee communication forums.

· Roll out of Performance Management System and normalization process to ensure finalization of ratings

· Attrition analysis

· Preparation of MIS based on various databases and reports

· Training need identification, rolling out of training calendar and ensuring seamless training delivery.

· HR Budgeting

· Facilitating discussions and debates on various employee and organization related issues
