One of MNC is looking to fill in the position of Executive Assistant. Details are as follows:
Position: Executive Assistant
Reports To: Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
Location: Karachi (Head Office)
Education and Experience
- At least 3 years experience providing support at the executive level
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Especially in PowerPoint and Advanced Excel)
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Minimum Bachelors degree. (Finance and Marketing Graduates would be preferred)
- Should possess in depth knowledge of the executive’s taste and preferences to be able to plan his schedule according to his desired order.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, Marketing, Finance, and coordination of people and resources.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Understand, Analyze, and interpret financial data and compile it on need basis.
- Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Interact with external clients
- Co-ordinate project-based work
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Coordination and prioritization of the executive’s daily appointments and business obligations.
- Comes up with ideas that will streamline work and indentifies incidents that require immediate attention in the organization.
- Performs other related functions delegated or assigned to him in his capacity as an executive assistant.
- Works efficiently with administrative assistants, which provide support for the executive employee.
- Supervise and train lower level staff
