One of our Clients is looking for Regional Manager Maintenance for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· BE – Electrical or similar with 8-10 years of experience in managing a network of shared sites for a telecom. - PREFERRED
· High level of knowledge of the candidate for this position, maintenance and repair emergency power backup systems and production of all electrical and mechanical equipment.
· Must have crisis management skills.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Directs and manages the Facilities and maintenance of infrastructure manager standard policies, procedures, and processes as well as overall security policy for reliably implemented.
· Responsible for Project management, planning, execution of telecom network.
· Supervising civil and electrical installation, liasoning with vendors & procurement.
· Ensure more than 99% uptime, operation and maintenance of telecom sites, circle and cost optimization.
· Involved in the development of planning and operating and capital budget. Review and approve orders, and vendor / contractor contract to purchase.
· They are responsible for organizing and working instructions work schedule. Assessing work requirements.
· Delegate the maintenance personnel to verify that all systems working condition in mechanical and electrical physical plant maintenance.
· All parts to maintain an accurate inventory of contractor supplies and materials are responsible for maintaining contacts with suppliers and repair secure request always if necessary reconstruction ordered by is. Encourage them to plan the acquisition of new equipment production increase and cost reduction.
