One of our Clients is seeking Corporate Sales Manager – Health Insurance for the following role

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE	·         At least a Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration with 5 years at least a senior-level sales and/or marketing position in Health insurance industry. ·         Experience in Health Insurance Sector – Preferable ·         Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. ·         Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings. ·         Superior customer service skills. ·         Good command over use of computer applications (MS-Office). ·         Candidate should have excellent team management experiences.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES	·         Ensure sales targets are met through each sales channel as approved in the company’s business plan for each FY. ·         Prepare and send all MIS of the sales activities to the Head Office ·         Take complete ownership of the corporate sales process, communication protocol and management hierarchy. ·         Identify new business opportunities and aggressively pursue them to closure. ·         Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts with the approval of Head Office. ·         Responsible for recovery and collection of premiums within the time frame stipulated according to the company policy. ·         Responsible for all sales agreements that the company engages in with other companies. ·         Represent the firm well with complete knowledge of company’s products and operating procedures. ·         To conform and deliver on the company’s marketing and promotional strategies. ·         Other duties as and when assigned by the CEO, Head Office & HR Dept.
