Reporting to: Engineering Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Deliverables:
Ensure all parts maintain in place in Engineering Store with the proper identification, easily traceable and documented.
Procurement of engineering spares to ensure continuous availability of critical parts as well as well stocked engineering warehouse.
Ensure the parts inventory control and update inventory data is available on daily basis and all relevant documents should be followed during receiving of any parts.
Manage parts inventory software.
Establish contractor standards and develop and optimize mix of activities for tasks to be outsourced.
Ensure compliance of all legal regulations in the field of engineering and maintenance at site, such as boiler inspections, weights & measures, etc.
Ensure implementation of Preventive Maintenance with coordination of engineering and Production personnel.

Able to propose alternatives to drive down costs.
Should have a good knowledge of computer base inventory system.
