We are looking for candidates for the position of Regional Head Sales
(South) at an IT and Services Company.

Position Title: Regional Head Sales (South)

Company Sector: IT and Services
Location: Karachi
Salary: Rs. 350,000 per month
Breakdown of salary is as follows:

Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000 monthly salary

Rs. 600,000 to Rs. 1,200,000 annual incentive based on targets with
quarterly payout;
1300cc car with 150 liters fuel,
Mobile, Internet, Family Health Insurance, Laptop, Blackberry.

Essential Requirements:

-- About 5 to 10 years (or more) work experience
-- Experience of B2B (business to business) sales or business development
-- Experience of Selling any of the following:
Advertising
OR
HR Services (such as Training)
OR Media Buying Services
OR Branding Products
-- OR similar services

-- Experience of managing a sales team
-- Recent experience of multinational company or prestigious small company

Job Overview:
A seasoned sales manager is sought to run the sales organization for
Karachi and for the entire South Region. The incumbent will have experience hiring,
motivating, training, managing a corporate sales team. The successful candidate must
have a track record of successful sales to the corporate sector in Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Setting quarterly regional sales targets
- Assigning individual sales targets to team members to achieve regional targets
- Monitoring, reporting and projecting sales numbers for his/her
region on a regular basis
- Hiring star sales people, training and helping ensure their success
- Assisting with customizing sales pitches, proposals and strategies
to increase market penetration
- Making new sales and pipeline creation while ensuring previous
renewals of previously won accounts
- Managing both direct sales and telesales teams with different value
propositions and sales cycles simultaneously

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership qualities, ability to build and motivate teams
- Highly organized and methodical in prospecting, follow-ups and
pipeline creations
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends in market, product
pricing and sales process
- Experience managing large sales teams
- Comfortable using the Internet and online applications
- Hands on personality and willing to roll-up sleeves to ensure sales closure
- High degree of integrity
