Job Title: Assistant Manager BPNA (Business Planning & Analytics)
Role Profile:
He should be a sound computer literate with ability to develop the right MIS and analysis to support business in its current scenarios and prospects. This would call for competence in technical writing skills,
Responsibilities of the profile should include
1. Helping HOD in preparation of the business plan and projections.
2. Over all Financial, business and risk analysis of the bank
- Delinquency analysis by, product, geography, vintage, demographics approver and verifier
- Develop a monthly deck that has Portfolio, Acquisition and Financial (management Acct.) cuts for business managers.
- MIS development for branch and branchless banking
- Proactively review and plan Cost / Revenue per Unit Forecasting & Capacity Planning etc
- Analyzing trends in the above, including variance analysis.
- Analysis of the Portfolio Stress - Inflation rate, adjusting Product Spread, Costing & Pricing.
- Customer Profiling - Predictive Delinquency Behavior
- Prepare reports of the current and revised business modules and verify the authenticity of the outcomes
Educational & Professional Qualification:
a. MBA (Finance & MKT)
Experience Required: 1-2 Years of Experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Research 6. Team Work
- Business Operation 7. Reporting skills & Presentation.
- Understanding Business Module 8. Conflict Management
- IT Application 9. Compliance
- Excellent Communication Skills 10. Co-ordination with Internal External Client.
