PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE | · Masters in Human Resources with from renowned institution in Management/HRM with 6-8 years experience. · Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce. · Ready to take initiatives with teamwork and cooperation skills. · Good to advanced knowledge of PC platforms, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. · Good oral and written communications. |
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | · Responsible for managing the administration of the Human Resources policies, procedures. · Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: HR and Administration departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and other employment related functions. · Lead on Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. · Maintains employee-related data bases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department |
