One of our Clients is looking General Manager Administration for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Master Degree with 15 years of experience atleast in running a university from the scratch.
· Experience in initiating the university and managing the operations from the scratch.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Able to work with minimal guidance and handle multiple tasks
· Able to research information, organize, coordinate and solve problems
· Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with University and contractor staff
· Experience in a University environment preferred
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Works with the BOG in producing annual budgets and quarterly budget review and re- forecasting process
· Responsible for support services including overseeing visas and travel arrangements and organization of campus visits
· Coordinates with Government Affairs, Procurement Services, University Relations.
· Monitors equipment and supplies
· Liaise with Center Executive Secretary to ensure administrative requirements of Center Director are met
· Oversees and assigns work to Center Administrative Assistants, faculties and other support staff·
· Works with the team to identify further training required for their respective roles .
