We are looking for candidates for the position of Head of Liabilities/Deposits, Lahore
Position Title:  Head of Liabilities/Deposits, Lahore
Sector: Banking/Financial Sector
Location: Lahore
Salary: About 150K to 200K
-- About 8 to 10 years (or more) work experience
-- Experience of managing a sales team
[Note: This position requires managing a team of 100 for direct sales to consumers/small businesses]

Job description:
The purpose of the job is to develop, monitor and maintain deposit portfolio and associated services by formulating and executing deposit mobilization strategy in accordance with the bank’s overall business plan.
Reporting to the business banking head, the deposit mobilization head shall be required to have a an understanding of overall business strategy and objectives of the organization and able to link them up with the deposit side.
The individual shall be required to work with the sales team deployed in the branches and will be require to implement the plans and build the deposit base for the bank.
The head will also be required to work in close coordination with other functions including HR, banking operations, and assets in order to build synergies and leverage on the strengths and support of such function.
The head of deposit mobilization should have at least 10 years of experience at a managerial level in any organization involving sales of services having decentralized operations.
Preference should be given to experience in financial services sector.
